Skip the shipping — collect your order for free from our Dagenham (RM9) location.

When: Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 9am–3pm

Please wait for your "ready for collection" email before coming to collect — we'll let you know as soon as your order is packed and ready.

How it works:

  1. Place your order as normal.
  2. Wait for your "ready for collection" email — please don't head over before this, as we can't guarantee same-day availability.
  3. Reply to that email with the day and time you'd like to collect (within our Mon/Wed/Fri, 9am–3pm window).
  4. We'll confirm your slot and send the full collection address.

Collection is available to all customers.
