We use Royal Mail tracked services. Unfortunately there is no step by step tracking, solely signature upon delivery or if there is an unsuccessful delivery attempt.
We are open for dispatch Monday to Friday. Our daily cut off is between 1130-130pm. Special next days before 11.30am are always dispatched.
Express Shipping Guideline – 1 -2 working day’s from dispatch email. Email of dispatch will be sent once dispatched.
Standard Shipping Guideline – 2 -3 working day’s from dispatch. Email will be sent once dispatched.
Special next day (to be sent the same day) – Must be before 1130am. Please note this is only MONDAY to FRIDAY.
Overseas – Please allow a week from dispatch. Delivery may take longer due to customs.
In the rare event that Royal Mail lose an item/parcel, Fangyal can claim for the order after 10 working day’s. Royal mail aim to deal with lost claim’s within 30 day’s at this time.
