  • When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

  • You will not be charged again.

  • We cannot cancel subscriptions retroactively after a renewal has already processed.

 

 

 

4. Refund Policy (Standard)

  • Renewal payments are non-refundable after 24 hours.

  • If you did not cancel before the renewal date, the charge is valid and will not be refunded.

4.2 24-Hour Refund Window

 

Refunds may be considered within 24 hours of a renewal payment.

After 24 hours, payments are strictly non-refundable.


Duplicate charges or system errors will always be refunded in full.

 

 

5. Failed or Declined Payments

 

If your payment fails, our system may retry the charge automatically.

Access to subscription content may be paused until the payment is successfully processed.

 

6. Access After Cancellation

When you cancel, you retain access to any subscription content until the end of your paid period.

Your account will not be charged again after cancellation.
